Dr. Roger Gerard retired in 2014 after 23 years as Executive Business Partner and Chief Learning Officer for ThedaCare, a Wisconsin-based healthcare delivery system, and now consults independently. Prior to ThedaCare, he has held executive-level positions in multiple organizations, responsible for operational areas, as well as HR and training functions. Past clients have included lengthy engagements with several large healthcare systems, significantmanufacturing companies, and a variety of smaller but very important service organizations. Most of his engagements have been in the healthcare arena, but about 25% in non-healthcare organizations.
In all of this work, he has accumulated over 40 years of experience leading executive andmanagement development initiatives for both large and small organizations. Roger was a key contributor to the LinkedIn -based Global Playbook during COVID, writing monthly articles on relevant leadership issues and concerns. He as also authored numerous published articles and features outside of LinkedIn, focused on executive and management development.
